Jerk

Meet Captain Kingston, as he calls himself... the coolest rooster on the island. Never without his sunnies and always looking to leave a lasting impression. Just like this Caribbean inspired sauce! Lots of flavour but also a spicy Jerk kick. Vasili likes to use Ghost Chillies for his kick!

This spicy aromatic sauce can be used as a marinate for BBQ or slow cooked chicken and/or as a condiment to add a punch of flavour and heat to cooked food.

Great on any chicken or as a marinade.
