Bandits of Arabia - Amir's Green

Deep in the dunes of a forgotten desert trail, two outlaw brothers ride under the burning sun, Amir, the cool-headed trickster with a sharp green zhug, and Rafiq, the fire-breathing rebel who leaves trails of red-hot spice. Together, they’re the Bandits of Arabia, stealing taste buds and ambushing bland food across the land.

Amir’s Green sauce takes inspiration from Yemeni zhug sauce, also known as sahawiq & mabooj is a staple in parts of the broader Middle East.  The sauce is full of herb flavour with garlic and lemon as the base.

It is great to use on all meats, a delight on your breakfast and perfect on all things Arabia like falafel.
