Shipping policy

At Vasili’s Chili, every bottle is packed at Sauceperiment HQ on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria sealed tight and ready for deployment.

We may have cartoon characters on the label… but our packing standards are serious.

 

PROCESSING TIME - Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS - Currently we offer shipping via Aus Post. The shipping method for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the package. At checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS - We currently only  ship to addresses within Australia. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Not yet… but one day..

 

SHIPPING RATES - Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is finalised. Orders over $80 are free. Any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the destination will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

ORDER TRACKING - Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your bottle from the Bellarine Peninsula to your doorstep.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES - The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. After dispatch:

Victoria Metro: 2–4 business days, Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days, Regional & Remote: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

 

ORDER STATUS AND UPDATES -  We will also provide email notifications regarding the status of your order, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and any updates or delays.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE -  If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES -  For information regarding returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy.
