Quite a journey...

After a decent innings in the Australian Defence Force and a good fortune to be able to travel, tasting, and chasing flavour around the world, I brought that experience home. Every bottle a character with its own personality, because great flavour should be fun. 

Born from a fortune of experiences throughout life’s journey but now proudly made in the Bellarine Peninsula. I am proud to call the Bellarine home and hope to do the region proud.

For me, having Vasili’s Chili is a continuation of the journey just a little bit of a different one to the past. But still trying to have a laugh along the way.
