Aussie Biscuit

A tribute sauce to a famous Australian biscuit. Sent to the troops on the frontline in the First World War and originally called Soldiers’ Biscuit. Now it’s a tasty icon that’s carries a proud name and that pays homage to the people who have served & still serve.

Vasili had the fortune to proudly serve in both the Royal Australian Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force. ANZAC day is a national day of remembrance to pause and reflect on all the past and present members of the Defence Force.

The sauce is a sweet but savoury sauce that would go well on all things between bread but is also a delight on another Australian icon, the Dim Sim.
