The Mangaraja

In the sun-drenched courtyards of flavour, there lives a mango like no other, The Mangaraja, self-proclaimed Raja of Mangoes and ruler of all things rich, sweet, and spicy. He sits on a throne of his own making and wears a leaf as a crown.

But its ok, he likes curry and so do we. Mango Curry sauce to be exact. Smooth, fragrant, and spicy, it’s a blend worthy of his "self" title. Great on the Aussie classic on sausage with onion on bread. Adds a tasty punch to any sandwich/wrap.
